Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using ProVakeel.com. They set out the basis on which you may use our website and the legal services it facilitates. By using the Platform, you accept these terms.

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using ProVakeel.com (the "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Platform.

02Nature of the Platform

ProVakeel.com provides legal information and facilitates legal services — including consultation, document review, drafting and case handling — delivered by experienced advocates. The Platform itself is not a law firm. Use of this website, including browsing or submitting an enquiry, does not by itself create an advocate–client relationship; such a relationship arises only upon an express, mutually agreed engagement.

03No legal advice

The content on this website — including articles, news and general information — is provided for legal awareness only and does not constitute legal advice. Laws change and outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case. You should not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of website content, and should obtain advice on your particular situation before taking any step.

04Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract to use this Platform or to request services. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

05Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting an enquiry, to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems. You are responsible for the information you choose to share.

06Fees and payments

Indicative charges are displayed on the Platform. Consultation charges are fixed; document-review and drafting/case-handling fees may vary by document type, practice area and complexity, and are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Government and court fees, stamp duty and other statutory charges are additional. Specific payment terms are agreed at the time of engagement.

07Enquiries and communication

When you submit a query, you consent to being contacted through the channel you choose — email, phone call or WhatsApp. Communications over third-party platforms such as WhatsApp are subject to those platforms' own terms and privacy practices. We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee any specific response time.

08Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the ProVakeel name, logo, text, graphics, articles and design — is the intellectual property of the Platform and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of it without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

09Third-party links and services

The Platform may link to third-party websites or use third-party services (for example, messaging, email-delivery or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProVakeel.com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Where you require assistance, you must seek independent legal advice. The Platform is not liable for the consequences of any action taken on the basis of information provided here.

11Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Please read it together with these terms.

12Bar Council of India compliance

In accordance with the rules of the Bar Council of India, this website is not an advertisement or solicitation of work. The information is made available only at the user's own request, for the user's information and use, and must not be construed as legal advice or inducement of any kind.

13Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
